Individual therapy
Adults, Adolescents & Children (7+)
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your thoughts and emotions without judgement.
Together, we will work to understand the patterns that may be contributing to your difficulties, develop practical coping strategies, and build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and ultimately meaningful growth.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing primarily from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, while integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Trauma-Informed and Therapy I strive to create a therapeutic experience that is both insightful and practical.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy is not about being fixed—it is about being heard. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, we create space for healing, deeper understanding, and the confidence to find your own way forward.
